How to Play

Click City Hall to earn funds — you start at +1 per click.
Spend funds at the Public Works Office: the City Charter boosts every click, while four project types (Food Truck → Mall → Tower → Metro Loop) generate funds automatically.
Every project has upkeep (shown under each item). Your net rate can go negative if you overbuild — check the per-second figure before you spend.
Every 60 seconds the council audits your term: you must raise the target amount inside that term. Pass and you keep a grant plus a confidence point; fail and you lose one.
You have 3 confidence hearts (max 5). Lose them all and voters recall you — the run ends and your total taxes go to the leaderboard.

Treasurer Strategy

Early game is hands-on. Two or three food trucks pay for themselves within a minute; the Charter is strong but triples in price each level — buy with care.
The two-minute payback rule. A good investment should repay itself through idle income in 1–2 minutes. If a project needs ten, let it wait.
Stack the cheap stuff first. Five food trucks cost less than one mall and often out-earn it early on.
Walk on two legs. Once idle income beats click income by 10×, upgrading the Charter further is usually a trap.
Milestones. Around 300 total, add a mall; around 2k, an office tower; around 15k, the metro loop — beyond that the curve gets much steeper.
