Architect Strategy
- Manage in pairs. A lonely 32 is dead weight; two 16s are a future 32. Never spend the "other half" of a pair on a whim.
- Keep the stairwell clear. Stack big blocks against their matching numbers so the merge route never gets blocked.
- Use the edges. Edge columns have fewer neighbors and fewer accidental merges — perfect parking spots for odd blocks.
- Engineer chains on purpose. Arrange 4-4-8-8 bottom-up in one column and drop a 4 in to double up twice in one move.
- Watch the NEXT preview and plan one drop ahead — passive players fill their lots twice as fast as active ones.
